Guy Loranger represented several waitresses in a personal injury/sexual harassment lawsuit against a local Sacramento restaurant. The plaintiff also alleged that the company knew of the misconduct but instead of addressing the conduct, they attempted to cover it up. The case settled at mediation for $500,000.00.
